Step 1 - On-campus Procedure

• IMPORTANT: TCC requires that a pre-application for off-campus programs be filed by December 1 for the next year’s fall and spring semesters. You may later choose not to attend the program, but if you do not pre-apply by the deadline, your financial aid will not apply to Chicago Semester. Pre-application forms can be found on the Trollweb. You may also pick up a copy in the Registrar’s Office or the Semester In Spain Office (lower level Groot). Return the completed pre-application to Burt Rozema, Director of Off-Campus Programs (Groot 160), who will inform you of approval/non-approval.
• After the pre-app is approved, follow the application procedures for the Chicago Semester program on the Chicago Semester website.
• Please return completed Chicago Semester applications also to Burt Rozema, Director of Off-Campus Programs (Groot 160) by the below dates.
